The Exchange

CONNECTING LOCAL PEOPLE TO LOCAL JOBS AND TRAINING

The Exchange is a Lendlease initiative providing local residents and employers with free recruitment services and open access to employment and training opportunities. We work with new and more established communities in Atherstone, Strathtulloh, Cobblebank and beyond.

We connect local people, industries and businesses and help residents find work so people spend more time doing the things they love, rather than spending hours on long commutes. By assisting residents to find local jobs and training opportunities, we also build the skills base of the City of Melton and support diversity and growth for generations to come.

How we work

For local employers, industry and businesses

We can also help organisations:

  • Draft vacancies.
  • Better understand pre-employment requirements.
  • Screen candidates.
  • Provide a local space to conduct job interviews, information sessions or group-based training.
